Welcome to Permanent Glow. These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients and visitors of our services and website in the United States. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Permanent Glow specializes in permanent makeup services, including but not limited to Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Eyeliner. All services are performed by trained and certified professionals adhering to the highest

standards of safety and quality.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Clients who arrive late may have their appointments rescheduled or the service duration reduced, subject to a fee.

4. Payments and Refunds

Full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service is completed. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 24 hours.

5. Aftercare and Follow-ups

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided to ensure the best results. Non-compliance may affect the final outcome.

Follow-up appointments, if necessary, should be scheduled as recommended by your technician.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Permanent Glow related to booking confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers.

You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile phone service provider.
